Boiled Eggs
The egg has a positive effect on our eyes. The eggs have different vitamins that we can benefit from, and the eggs contain lutein, which is more likely related to beta-carotene and vitamin A, which can prevent cataracts and muscle degeneration in our eyes.
Steps on how to cook boiled egg
1st step. You need to prepare a saucepan, add generous water that can cook the eggs easily, after that put the egg inside and open the stove.
2nd step. Reduce the heat and simmer for a desired amount of time.
•if you want soft eggs, cook it under the stove with water for about 4-5 minutes of time.
•if you want medium-boiled eggs, cook it under the stove with water for about 6-7 minutes of time.
•if you want hard-boiled eggs, cook it under the stove with water for about 9-12 minutes of time.
3rd step. After cooking, put out the eggs from the boiled water and place it in the cold water, after cooling the eggs start gently peeling them.
Always Remember!
Eating enough amount of eggs is good for our body and can help us to have a better diet if we want to manage our body, but always remember eating too much of any kinds of foods specially for eggs isn't good for us.
